Coloroid

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the 'Coloroid' app, developed by Taha Tuna, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). These Terms govern your use of Coloroid and any services or products provided through the app.

Being an app licensed through Apple's App Store platform, the user, or the 'Licensor' agrees and is bound by Apple's user agreement. To read Apple's User Agreement, follow the link below.

2. Developer Information

Coloroid is developed and managed by Taha Tuna, who is responsible for all content, design, and functionality of the app.

3. Use of the App

You agree not to copy, distribute, or publicly disclose any content or settings of Coloroid, unless explicitly authorized in writing by Taha Tuna. Modifying or commercially distributing any altered versions of Coloroid is prohibited. You accept full responsibility for adhering to all local and international laws while using Coloroid. You acknowledge that the developer, Taha Tuna, is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use or inability to use Coloroid.

4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Coloroid offers a weekly and an annual subscription. Prices vary by region because Apple applies regional pricing. Entitlements are verified through RevenueCat and every payment is processed by Apple through the App Store. The app offers no third-party purchasing route, and your payment details are held by Apple alone.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Your Apple Account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours of the period ending. If a free trial is offered and you subscribe before it expires, the unused part of the trial is forfeited.

5. Payment Information and Security

Coloroid does not access, see, or interact with users' payment information. All payment information and transactions are securely managed by Apple.

6. Subscription Management and Refund Policy

Subscriptions can be managed and cancelled through Apple’s system/account settings. For refund requests, users must contact Apple directly.

7. No Ads and No Tracking

Coloroid carries no advertising, no analytics product and no tracking across other apps or websites. It has no accounts, so it holds no name, email address or phone number for you unless you write to us yourself.

Three things are collected, and the Privacy Policy describes each of them in full: an anonymous purchase identifier generated by RevenueCat, crash reports sent to a diagnostics server we run ourselves, and whatever you choose to put in a support request.

8. Permissions

Coloroid asks for access to your camera, so you can shoot inside the app, and to your photo library, so you can open a photo to edit and save the result back. Both are optional. iOS asks before granting either one and you can withdraw them at any time in Settings.

9. Your Photos

Every edit Coloroid makes runs on your device. Your photos are never uploaded, never sent to a server, and never seen by us or by anyone else.

The app does reach the network for three narrow purposes: verifying your subscription with RevenueCat, sending crash reports, and delivering a support request when you send one. None of them carries your photos.

10. Changes to Terms of Use

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes in our practices or relevant laws. Continued use of Coloroid constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms.
